These terms govern access to LinkYouHost hosting, domain, server, email, certificate and related services. Product-specific order details and upstream provider terms also apply.

Accounts and authorization
Customers must provide accurate information, protect account credentials and have authority to order, transfer or manage the relevant domains and services.
Acceptable use
Services may not be used for unlawful activity, abuse, unauthorized access, malware distribution, spam or activity that threatens networks, systems or other customers.
Billing and renewals
The order summary identifies the billing period, introductory price, renewal price, taxes and setup fees. Services may renew automatically when that option is selected. Failed payments may lead to suspension or expiration.
Domains and third-party products
Domain names, certificates, email products and other third-party services are subject to registry, registrar, issuer and provider rules. Availability is not guaranteed until an order is accepted.
Customer responsibilities
Customers are responsible for lawful content, current backups, software updates, secure passwords and timely renewal of services unless a managed responsibility is stated in writing.
Availability and support
Service targets and support scope depend on the selected product and applicable service-level agreement. Scheduled maintenance and circumstances outside reasonable control may affect availability.
Suspension and termination
Services may be restricted or terminated for nonpayment, abuse, security risk or violation of applicable terms. Data retrieval and retention depend on the product and termination circumstances.
