Operator: Link You Technologies, operating the LinkYouHost brand.
Effective date: July 25, 2026
Contact: privacy@linkyouhost.com for privacy questions; support@linkyouhost.com for service questions.
1. Agreement and operator
These Terms of Service form an agreement between the customer and Link You Technologies, operating the LinkYouHost brand. By ordering, accessing or using a service, the customer accepts these terms, the order summary, the applicable plan description, the Acceptable Use provisions below and any third-party provider terms identified during ordering.
2. Eligibility and account information
Customers must have legal capacity to enter the agreement and must provide accurate, current account and contact information. Business customers confirm that the person placing the order is authorized to act for the organization. Account credentials are personal to authorized users and must be protected.
3. Orders and service activation
An order is accepted only after payment, required verification and provider availability are confirmed. Product specifications, operating system, licenses, region, billing term, introductory price, renewal price, taxes and setup charges are shown in the order summary. LinkYouHost may reject or request additional verification for orders that present fraud, abuse, sanctions or security concerns.
4. Fees, billing and automatic renewal
Customers must pay all charges when due. Services may renew automatically when that option is enabled. The customer is responsible for maintaining a valid payment method and cancelling before the renewal date when continued service is not wanted. Taxes, currency conversion and bank fees may apply. A failed payment may lead to suspension, expiration or loss of data or domain rights.
5. Domain services
Domain registration, renewal, transfer, privacy and recovery are subject to the policies of the sponsoring registrar, registry and ICANN. Availability searches do not reserve a name. Customers are responsible for registrant accuracy, renewal dates, trademark and legal rights, and timely responses to verification notices. Transfers may require an unlocked domain, a valid authorization code and completion of applicable waiting periods.
6. Hosting and server services
Resource limits, management level, backup scope, support scope and acceptable workloads depend on the selected plan. “Unlimited” or “unmetered” features remain subject to fair use, system stability and provider policies. Customers must not use shared services in a way that materially degrades service for others.
7. Customer content and backups
Customers retain responsibility for their websites, applications, databases, email, files and lawful rights to all content. Unless a plan expressly states otherwise, customers must maintain independent current backups and test restoration. Backup services are not a guarantee that every file or point in time can be recovered.
8. Acceptable use
Services may not be used for unlawful activity, fraud, phishing, malware, unauthorized access, denial-of-service activity, spam, deceptive messaging, intellectual-property infringement, exploitation, harassment, distribution of illegal content, prohibited weapons or controlled materials, or attempts to interfere with networks, accounts or other customers. Security research requires prior written authorization.
9. Email and messaging
Customers must comply with anti-spam, privacy and marketing laws and must maintain valid consent and unsubscribe processes where required. Open relays, purchased mailing lists, deceptive headers and excessive complaint rates are prohibited. Sending limits and reputation controls may apply.
10. Security responsibilities
Customers must use strong unique passwords, enable available multi-factor authentication, keep applications and plugins updated, restrict administrative access and report suspected compromise promptly. LinkYouHost may take protective action, including password resets, traffic filtering, isolation or temporary suspension, when a service threatens customers or the platform.
11. Support
Support channels, response priorities and included administration depend on the active plan. Support may request logs, timestamps and safe diagnostic information. Support will not request a password, private key, one-time code or full payment-card number.
12. Availability and maintenance
Planned or emergency maintenance may occur. An uptime commitment or service credit applies only where it is expressly included in the plan or service-level agreement, and exclusions may include scheduled maintenance, customer configuration, attacks, upstream failures and force-majeure events.
13. Suspension and termination
LinkYouHost may suspend or terminate a service for non-payment, abuse, security risk, legal requirement, false information or material breach. Notice and an opportunity to cure will be provided when reasonably possible. Immediate action may be required to protect users, networks or evidence. Customers remain responsible for charges incurred before termination.
14. Cancellations and refunds
Refund eligibility is governed by the Refund Policy and the order terms. Domain names, SSL certificates, licenses, setup work, third-party services and completed usage may be non-refundable. Cancelling a service does not automatically reverse a completed payment.
15. Third-party services
Some services are fulfilled through registrars, registries, data centers, software vendors, Google, payment providers or other suppliers. Their terms, availability and policies also apply. LinkYouHost is not responsible for third-party changes outside its reasonable control but will provide available account and support information.
16. Intellectual property and complaints
LinkYouHost names, logos, website content and software are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. Customers retain rights in their content and grant only the permissions necessary to host, transmit, back up and support it. Rights holders may submit a documented complaint to abuse@linkyouhost.com.
17. Disclaimers and liability
Services are provided with the commitments expressly stated in the order and applicable law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, implied warranties are excluded. LinkYouHost is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, lost profits or lost data. Any aggregate liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected service during the three months preceding the event, except where law does not permit such a limitation.
18. Customer indemnity
The customer will defend and indemnify LinkYouHost and its providers from third-party claims arising from customer content, unlawful use, infringement, account misuse or breach of these terms, except to the extent caused by LinkYouHost’s own unlawful conduct.
19. Governing rules and disputes
The agreement is governed by the laws applicable to Link You Technologies at its principal place of business, without removing mandatory consumer rights that apply in the customer’s jurisdiction. Parties should first attempt to resolve disputes through written support and billing records before formal proceedings.
20. Changes and contact
Terms may be updated for legal, security, provider or operational reasons. Material changes will be posted with a revised effective date and communicated where required. Questions may be sent to support@linkyouhost.com.
