1. Scope

This Refund Policy applies to payments made directly to LinkYouHost. A product page or order summary may state different or additional conditions. Where a third-party provider controls a refund, its mandatory rules also apply.

2. Eligible hosting refunds

A first purchase of an eligible shared hosting, WordPress hosting or reseller hosting plan may be cancelled within 30 calendar days of initial activation when the plan explicitly displays a 30-day money-back guarantee. The guarantee applies only to the base hosting fee paid to LinkYouHost and only once per customer, household, organization or related account.

3. Non-refundable items

  • Domain registrations, renewals, transfers, redemption and privacy services after processing.
  • SSL certificates and other issued digital certificates.
  • VPS, cloud, semi-dedicated and dedicated servers after provisioning, unless the order explicitly says otherwise.
  • Google Workspace, email licenses, software licenses and third-party subscriptions.
  • Setup, migration, restoration, administration, customization and professional-service fees after work begins.
  • Usage charges, add-ons, taxes, bank fees and currency-conversion fees.
  • Renewal payments, except where mandatory law provides otherwise or a billing error is confirmed.

4. Conditions

The account must not have been suspended for abuse, fraud, chargeback, prohibited content or a material Terms of Service violation. Refunds may be reduced by non-refundable services, discounts, consumed resources, promotional credits or unpaid balances.

5. Cancellation

Customers must submit cancellation before the next renewal date. Removing website files, changing nameservers or stopping use does not cancel billing. Domain names and third-party licenses may continue independently unless specifically cancelled.

6. How to request a refund

Submit a tracked request through the Support Center from the account email address. Include the order or invoice number, affected service and reason. LinkYouHost may require identity verification and confirmation that the service can be terminated.

7. Processing and payment method

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where technically supported. Processing time depends on the payment provider, bank and country. LinkYouHost does not control the time a financial institution takes to post the credit.

8. Billing errors

Report a suspected duplicate or incorrect charge promptly. LinkYouHost will review invoice, payment and service records. A confirmed billing error will be corrected independently of the discretionary money-back policy.

9. Payment disputes

Customers should contact support before filing a chargeback. An unresolved chargeback may require suspension of associated services while the payment provider reviews the claim. Fraudulent disputes may result in account termination and recovery costs where permitted.

10. Mandatory rights and changes

This policy does not remove non-waivable consumer rights under applicable law. Policy changes apply prospectively unless required by law or a provider rule. Questions may be sent to support@linkyouhost.com.
